Ο Πλαστικός Χειρουργός ΠΑΛΛΑΝΤΖΑΣ ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΟΣ , με ιατρείο στη Λάρισα,την Αθήνα & τα Τρίκαλα, γεννήθηκε στα Τρίκαλα Θεσσαλίας. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του από το Γενικό Λύκειο Πύλης, σπούδασε στην Ιατρική σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης από όπου και αποφοίτησε το 2005. Εν συνεχεία, υπηρέτησε ως ιατρός υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου (αγροτικός ιατρός) στο περιφερειακό ιατρείο Φαναρίου (Κ.Υ. Μουζακίου). Απο το 2007 έως το 2009 ασκήθηκε ως ειδικευόμενος ιατρός στο Π.Γ.Ν.Θ. ΑΧΕΠΑ στη Π.Ρ.Χ. Χειρουργική κλινική. Υπηρέτησε τη στρατιωτική του θητεία ως οπλίτης Ιατρός από το Φεβρουάριο του 2009 έως τον Οκτώβριο του ίδιου έτους.
